1. General Terms

8888 BDT is an online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 8888 BDT and its users. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

• These Terms are drawn up in compliance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• By using this service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• 8888 BDT reserves the right to restrict or terminate any user's access.
• If a single individual is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended.

2. Account Registration

To create an account with 8888 BDT, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately. Each user may operate only one account.

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. We may request a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration will be used for account verification.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any changes to your personal information must be reported to us promptly.
• Large withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits at 8888 BDT can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum daily deposit limit is determined by the user's account tier. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though in exceptional cases it may take up to 15 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of submission. However, withdrawals may be held for review if KYC verification is pending or suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used for the original deposit.

Once a bonus is credited, the rollover must be completed within the specified timeframe, or the bonus will be forfeited. Users may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it. Using multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers will be treated as fraud.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been met.
• 8888 BDT reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must make a deposit of the specified minimum amount.
• The maximum winnings that can be earned from a bonus may be capped.

5. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on 8888 BDT, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, odds can change rapidly, and the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are final. If a bet is confirmed during an internet disconnection, it will be considered valid.

If a match or event concludes early or is suspended, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with 8888 BDT's own rules. As a general guideline, the Duckworth-Lewis method applies for cricket, and the result at full-time applies for football.

• The maximum stake per bet is determined by your account level and the event in question.
• If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 8888 BDT reserves the right to void that bet.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing may be held pending investigation.

6. Fair Play Policy

8888 BDT believes every user deserves an equal opportunity. For this reason, the use of bots, automated software, or any artificial betting methods is strictly prohibited. Accounts exhibiting suspicious patterns will be subject to review.

Our system uses internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited by independent third parties. No game outcome is predetermined — every result is generated with complete impartiality.

• The use of bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts found to be using arbitrage betting strategies may be restricted.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

8888 BDT may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the circumstances listed below. In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the user, while bonus balance will be forfeited.

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus fraud or misuse of promotions.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Use of bots or automation software.
• Accounts belonging to users under 18 years of age.
